Paid off credid agreement on phone but still have remaining balance

Hi there I'm a bit puzzled with this. My credit agreement was due to finish in June but I want an upgrade. The remaining balance was £60 but sky only allowed me to pay off £48 for completion of credit agreement. On my bill it now says credit agreement completed this month. And that I have £0 left on payment. So where is this £16 coming from and why cant i pay it off ?? I want to sell my phone and I don't know if I can. I changed the bill payment to an earlier date hoping this would be sped up. But because I changed the bill date it's delayed the bill payment to 1st May! Does this mean I can't sell my phone u til 1st May. Or can I sell it and pay off the remaining £16 regardless if I have the phone or not? As technically it says I've completed the credit agreement in the contract.

Are you looking to swap using Sky?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@Amy214

You are going to need to call Sky about this as they will need to look into it for you. 150 is the free number to use.
