Despite phoning Sky now on 7 occasions and being promised that the packaging & pre paid return label were on there way, I haven't received either, started phoning about this issue on 2 nd December, I'm about to be charged for the third consecutive month for two phones.
Please help!

Yoh can use any packaging you have got but you will need Sky to send or email you a returns label,
