Worst and most shody experience today with sky mobile.
1) have 4 sims with sky.
2) looking leaving sky
3) text PAC to the relevant number
4) ask for date of birth
5) text date of birth
6) sorry you have more than one sim please call us.
7) call sky, speak to a nice gent who can't get my PAC and had to escalate it to another department and it could take 72 hours
😎 call back an hour later wanting to request another PAC code
9) speak to a lady who clearly wasn't in England
10) puts me through to the Sky TV department ... the wrong department.
11) after 40 minutes of being on hold get through to the correct department
12) still waiting for my PAC codes. Clears this is some kind of breach for OFCOM to investigate.

The issue I have is how Sky make this so hard to obtain. From reading the forums lots of customers have had the same issues. Many have struggled to get the PAC codes. Why is it so hard?
