We switched to sky last week and my husband got a pac code which we used and it said it had gone through to keep his number but it's not changed to his old number and we can't now get a pac code

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf Sky has told your husband that the number has been transfered from your previous network to Sky then you might need to update the number itself in the phone.
If this is an iphone go to Settings - Phone - My Number and change it if it is wrong, then reboot the phone.
If it is an Android phone go to About Phone > My Phone number, change it and reboot the phone. Also in text settings change the chat function to automatic. Make sure your current number is ticked and the temporary one isn't.

Was the wrong number being shown in the phone ?
