Hi I was charged on the end of last month for my 2 phone line rentals as normal. But have to day been charged again for them less than week later why ?

And are both bills for the same dates as they might not be especially if you are a new customer.

I've been charged £16 on the 28th may and £16 on the 3rd I've been a sky customer since last Christmas time so indont understand why I have been charged twice in a week .
