Outstanding payment but on a payment holiday

Hello, 

I have an outstanding payment however I am on a payment holiday. I've been promised my data calls and messages would be activated at 9pm. It's not 9:20 pm nothings been activated. I've got nothing I rang 150 about 7 times been on hold and everything. Apparently they replied confirming 9 pm account would be back to normal. 
what should I do? I feel lied to. I'm a single mother and I just feel like sky aren't helping with me

Hi @Olivia03  i believe you would need to make any overdue payments before your services would be reinstated. I think (I am not certain) that you would need to be up to date with payments before you can take a payment holiday.

Thing is they already approved my payment holiday and promised me they'd still reactivate my account

All you can do is persevere on the phone @Olivia03  but CS representatives will often say anything, which may not be true, they say they will accept promises to pay when sky don't do this.

Sky phone lines don't open 24/7 so if they are not open now then try again tomorrow.

Sky don't have a 24 hour number @Olivia03 , I think they close at 10:00 o'clock at night so they will be closed now.
