Outrageous BILL

My sky bill this month I'd dreadful.got new phone last week and it won't let me sign in hasn't been used was going to send it back.then to get a bill for 60.00 sky are getting my oap have very little to live on ???

@Haughey+balls  If you ordered a new phone then the charge will be for that, regardless of if you've used it, not using it does not stop you needing to pay for it.

 

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
