Well you should be aware of the costs you've agreed to. We have no idea what you've ordered.
Edit- I've re-read your post a couple of times and now understand you already have the device.
As @caesarome indicates below as long as you’re still within the cooling off period (which is 31 days), you’ll need to contact Sky who will lead you through the returns process. Dial 150 for free from a Sky mobile or from a Sky landline. If you’ve had it more than 31 days you can't send it back without incurring substantial charges. Some more information is available here

Keep any subsequent proof of posting safe and indefinitely and be aware if you order an alternative device you will undergo further credit checks.

Nit sure how it is suddenly to expensive but if you are within the 31 days cooling off period then you can call Sky to arrange that the contract be cancelled and they should arrange for you to return the phone back to them.
