When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

You should be billed for the phone until you have received it unless you have had to pay an upfront cost that is.

Ordered a phone which should have been delivered 24th November and apparently its still being held by dpd. Very poor customer service from sky who cant tell me whats going on.
Who told you it is being held by DPD, if it was Sky did you ask them why this was the case ?

When I track the parcel it tells me the parcel is being held at the preston weat dpd depot... since 24th November ... lots of different sky advisors giving me lots of different answers.. just
