I've ordered a new iPhone today via the sky website. When I click track parcel it tells me it was delivered and accepted in July 2023?! I'm worried now the phone won't be shipped as the system thinks it was delivered a year ago. Tried calling customer service but can't get through to a person.

Find out moreI think there is something amiss with the tracking system today as somebody else reported the very same issue with the July 2023 earlier this morning. I would ignore this as hopefully within the next 24 hours it will updated to reflect your order.

I have tried to talk to customer service but can't get past the automated voice. It's telling my the number I'm calling from isn't recognised

I managed to get through to them, but the fella from sky was the most unhelpful, rude person. Was extremely close to cancelling my order due to his attitude alone.
My tracking seems to have changed now and saying due for delivery tomorrow, but who knows..

Glad it's hopefully sorted. I spoke to a really helpful person who advised I'd receive an updated tracking number in the next few days with the correct delivery date.
