Ordered a phone but no tracking order.

Hi everyone,

 

 

I ordered an iPhone through Sky about a month ago, but I still haven’t received any update, tracking information, or delivery details. I’ve contacted customer service several times, but unfortunately, they were not helpful and quite rude during the chats.

Has anyone else faced a similar issue or knows what can be done in this situation? It’s been a very disappointing experience with Sky so far.

Any advice would be appreciated.

As we’re customers here we have no insight into current stock levels or any delivery timescales.

iPhone 17:~ Any orders for a latest model iPhone are always likely to be delayed due to the usual supply and demand issues faced by Apple. This happens every year when a new iPhone is launched.

After credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.
