Hi, have you heard anything at all yet? I am in exactly the same situation as everyone else in the thread- called hundreds of times and much like others just been lead around in circles. I've ordered the same device as you and ordered on the 1st of October. I refuse to do another credit check for them to "send out another" because much like I feared, it seems they're not actually cancelling them properly and/or sending them out any quicker. I even mentioned that judging by these community threads, hundreds are having the same issue and as you can probably guess- they didn't have an answer or didn't care. I've given up with chasing now as it's very apparent that they're lying to everyone but I definitely will be referring further to financial ombudsman and trading standards once it's been 8 weeks

@Danielle1240 i ordered mine 3rd of oct and it was delivered on sat i threatened to involve trading standards and a day later they suddenly had the macbook in stock and sent out

No not yet and i threatened trading stance aswell and still nothing they said sorry I felt like this and understood why I'd involve them ahhhh just send me my Freeking computer is a good job my boss is understanding about this I have falling that much behind it's gonna take ages to catch up at work fml

When i threatened to involve trading standards it resolved it for me. I had Macbook within a couple of days.
For some this path hasnt worked which would highlight even more the mess Sky are dragging people through.

Well every if it's been almost 11 weeks without a computer and now I have cancelled it all together spoke to an agent and they said the colour I choose is not available anymore was when I ordered it (starlight) and want me to go through another credit check to get another one so it's cancelled or it will be and will hopefully get my money back in 3/5 working days not holding my breath so good luck to everyone still waiting I am not in the waiting room any more.

@Melissa0912 they are lying to you they offerd me the starlite ome instead of mine said it was in stock in both sizes unless they were just blagging me

Good luck to that , I cancelled mine nearly 4 weeks ago and I have not received my refund yet. First person I spoke to , told me 14 days or less. I called again and was told it is 45 days, told them I will bring a complaint further and he told to expect it by the 15th of Nov. fingers crossed ! So customer service does not have a clue what their actual policy is.

Seems that their customer service is not based in th UK. So it is a nightmare to resolve issues.

Yeah I want to go and order a computer for somewhere else but knowing my luck it will turn up and can't afford 2 computers how hard is it to contact customers saying sorry there's been a glitch or that item isn't in stock I mean how hard is it to keep customers in the loop **bleep**
