Laptop not yet delivered
I am writing to follow up on the delivery of my MacBook Air M4 (2025) order. It has been two weeks since I placed the order, but I have not yet received any update on the delivery. The order status still shows as “In Progress.”
Could you please provide an update on the current status of my order and the expected delivery date?

This is a customers helps customer forum so you are not talking to Sky via here, you need to keep an eye on your account for updates.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.

Yep mines almost 2 months late grab a seat we're in for a long wait oh n the 2026 will be out early next year just putting it out there

Well I'll be canceling mine if I haven't received mine by 21st October. It will been a month then and will be having my upfront cost back if there's no communication by this time. I've went the full hog and ordered a macbook pro 16inch. Getting behind at uni as I need this for my course. Not good enough and never had a problem since this.

I ordered a MacBook Air 6 weeks ago and still waiting for email but don't have much hope it will arrive soon.
I rang Sky customer support who said I should receive it in 6 days, I'm still waiting.
I have made a formal complaint a week ago but had no feedback.

I messaged the sky help team on Facebook and now I should hear back with in 3 days they have raised the complaint to head office try and do the same

This is a generic reply to everyone. I am also in the same boat and I'm really annoyed and gutted to be honest. Being lied to by pretty much every Sky representative that I've spoken to. All my complaints have been prematurely closed. It's really a really bad CS experience. I don't want to cancel because I am not in a position to afford a MacBook outright and I need it, like most, for work purposes. The deal seemed too good to be true. It's cheap IF you're willing to wait, right?
so I did some googling and this came from October 11th 2025 I think, from a YouTuber that speaks of the New MacBook Air 2025 13" M5 (I ordered this in midnight colour).
this is an across the industry (apparently) situation and most retailers KNOW about this so this would mean SKY or SLY knows about this.. these MacBooks are potentially going to be shipped in the first quarter or 2026!!!
yet we've been sold a "1-2week" delivery windows and I was even offered next day delivery on an alternative colour by a representative. Turns out this was also a LIE.
so the only update I have for you all is this..
