Orderd iphone 16 plus and AirPods pro no delivery is showing

Ive upgraded to a 16 plus and i also got some of the airpods pro 2 and on my app it just saying coming soon and i did ring up but the guy on the phone was unclear as to when it would arrive and i know that the 16 is brand new and will probably have sold out but my friend ordered same time as me and theres is being delivered tomorrow

After the credit checks have been completed (these take longer if the order was placed over a weekend) the most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD) which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot. We have no insight into the timescales.

Hey, just wondered if you'd received your phone yet? I ordered the 16 plus on 29th september and still waiting!
