Order tracking issue

Hi,

 

Placed an order on Friday for a new tablet, tracking info has been supplied however it has been marked as delivered 10th July last year??  Not a great start to joining sky mobile - also seems impossible to find out contact info to try and get the correct traking info or correct the issue.

You can call Sky free by dialling 150 from a Sky Talk landline or a Sky Mobile, otherwise you can use:
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.
(The forum doesn’t allow us to type the numbers in full).

You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you back to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up.

Thanks for this, I have managed to get through to the not so helpful call centre that you have employed.  Had the unfortunate experience of talking to a rather rude and obnoxious person and still do not have the traking information I require.  Overall shocking start to sky mobile and quite concerned at how a call centre can talk to customers, to the point I may have to consider cancellation.

I've had the same issue today. Places an order earlier for a new iPhone and the tracking is saying it was delivered in July last year
