Order stuck in limbo

Hia all,

 

I attempted to order a pair of Apple iPod Maxs online on the 25th September and when it came to signing the contract via the messages, it crashed/failed for some reason, having done this twice the order is stuck in limbo as such. 

It just states that the order is complete and  coming soon. Having phoning the customer services normous times they have said that the order(s) have failed and it requires a removal from the system as Ive hit the max devices, thus unable to order again. They said it would take a couple of days for the system to update and clear it. This was said from the 25th of September. 

As it stands, these orders are still stuck in the system and the customer services just keep saying its going to be a couple of days! I've submitted a complaint about this but still Nothing! 

Any ideas anyone?

If you have put in a complaint then you will need to wait until they contact you above this, while I have no idea how long this will take they do have up to 8 weeks to respond to you.
