Order not on account

I placed 2 orders for ipads, it wouldn't let me order them together so i ordered separately. One is showing on my account but not the other order. I have the confirmations for both just one isn't showing on my online account and if its not on my account i won't be able to transfer mobile data back from my piggy bank. Thanks for help

If you can only see one it is because when you placed the second one it was done via a different account I'm afraid as such you will be unable to see them on the same one.

It was definitely on my account, i clicked through the sky app logged into my account and checked on the webpage and even logged out and logged back in to check it was logged on my account

To get this looked into for you I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
