Ordered my ipad a week ago and havent recieved anything. Was meant to be next day delivery as well which would have been the 4th. All credit checks went through as well, i recieved a confirmation email from sky the next day but thats all! Any ideas?

The most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order
When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from DPD which will have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot. We have no insight into the timescales.
Unfortunately the website stock availability is not always that accurate due to the fast flowing movement of devices.

I have no email from DPD not one but it's still saying on the tracking that it hasn't been dispatched yet.

I have had the same issue. I've not received a single bit of information from Sky regarding this. I also ordered on the Monday last week and was meant to receive on the Tuesday. Only form of contact I have had is when I have contacted Sky myself. I've been told I'd get contacted by the team over 5 days and not recieved anything. I am normally very happy with Sky, but this has really ultered my experience.

All it says is "expected delivery 4th June".

I have contacted Sky myself over the course of the last week since I placed the order & all I keep being told is "they will be in contact by the end of the day" and I still haven't after nearly 7 days, had any form of contact. I've kept an eye on the tracking but it hasn't changed from what it says at any point.
