Order confirmed at 10 40 by email but signed crwdit agreement at 10am same day

So I have called a sky representative at 10am (Monday) and I finished everything about the order of the iPhone 16 and airpods by 11am I was guaranteed the phone will come tomorrow but now I received a email from sky saying it will be delivered soon but on Sky tracking it says in progress Wednesday 9th July. Does this mean it will come  on Wednesday even though I ordered and signed the credit? agreement by 10am

If the order tracker says it is due on 9th July then this should be what you are looking at for the delivery after all it is only a few days away so coming soon isn't to far out if this is correct.

Issue is i won't be in after that day for about a month so I relied on the guarantee of the representative so what shoukd I do now?

Is there someone else with the same surname as you that can sign for the delivery, if not it will be returned to Sky.

My kid is at home he's 17 and same surname is that helpful?

If asked for it by the courier does he have his own ID ?

Yes he does have the id and we both have same surnames for it. I believe dpd is the courier
