Order cancelled by sky who claimed I cancelled?

I made an order through you for two galaxy tablets. I was looking forward to their arrival. I passed all credit checks etc. my order number was PP1492749427. I later received an email saying that I had cancelled? I had not cancelled

Thanks for replying, Daniel. However there is no reason I would fail a credit check. I think it's a mix up between my daughters account who moved back home and there was no need for 2 sky accounts,  she has a sky glass TV, I had a sky box, so cancelled mine last year. We were advised that I could open my account again and get the tablets.  I was with sky for some 17 years
