As title, i cant buy online via my phone and i cant use apple pay in shops and reastaurants. I rang my bank (co-op) and they say its a Sky problem and its been ongoing for months. As a temporary work round theyre doing visa verification by email, but thats not as secure and, frankly, a pita when youre at a checkout. Trying to talk to Sky is like trying to knit fog, so has anyone had this sorted? (Ive seen a couple of older posts where its mentioned as an ongoing problem, but not seen a solution).
