One of my sims I'm still paying for but I think it's deactivated, I'm not sure why as I believe I used it at least for receiving calls. It has no reception. How do I get it reactivated

Hello I have ordered Samsung galaxy 23 ultra with sim and I have returned it because I have changed my mind to I phone so I returned sim and phone together and I have been paying £8 bills upto now so I wanna cancel everything soon as possible please. Thanks

knoe you wanted to return them due to a change of mind ?
