One of my plans has gone up to£9.50

One of my mobile plans has gone up this month but looks like it's normal price next month, why?

Hi @Kate+Johnston  what does the breakdown show ? Used extra data ? Mms charges ? Premium rate calls ?

It must show something - expand it and see what it comprises of.

Hi, found the breakdown but it was apparently a call to us for 1min 15 secs. It's my 13 year olds phone and he said he didn't phone the us 🤷🏻‍♀️

@Kate+Johnston

Does the call to the US show on the phones call history? To otherwise challenge this charge you would have to speak to Sky.
