One number unable to connect

When my sons school tries to call me, it will not connect. They also aren't able to leave a voicemail. I get a missed call notification and am able to ring them back. I have the number saved, checked it's not been blocked accidentally etc. My other half has the same issue and we are both with sky. I can see this has happened to a few others but wanted to know if it has been resolved for anyone? Thanks

This will need investigating so as both you and your husband are having the same issue the account holder needs to report this to Sky by calling them on 150.
