Discussion topic: One Spanish mobile number won’t connect

I have one Spanish mobile number that I can't connect to in Spain. Pain cos it's my parking company at the airport that I can't inform of my arrival. MY wife can't connect on her sky Mobile either. Not blocked, not an issue for this number from anyone else but us and we don't have any problems with other numbers in England or Spain. Any advice?

Hi @Isd i would call sky on 150 and ask them to check if anything is happening at your account level.
