Old phone still on bill

Hi, I upgraded my phone last week but can see I am still paying for it on future bills. I didn't trade in the phone.

When you upgraded it the phone itself still has to be paid of in full so billing should continue until it has been paid off.

The trade in (depending on condition) would clear any residual balance.  As you didn't return the device then as already noted you have to pay for it until the balance is cleared in full.

Technically you just purchased another phone...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
