Old phone keeps turning itself off ( samsung galaxy s22 ultra )

need a swap or fix but they have valued my old phone at £0 So I'd have to pay the rest of my device on top of a new one which I can not afford !

Have you spoken to Sky or Samsung about getting it sent off to be looked at ?
