Old phone and new phone not working
My daughter has recently come back from abroad, the phone has no service, she is unable to make any calls or texts or get any data when she has no WiFi. She has just received a new phone from Sky and is unable to transfer her stuff from her current phone to the new one

Apple:
Settings > Mobile Data > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to Home.
Android:
Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to Home.
