Hi, I've just moved from 02 to sky mobile and I inputted the PAC code when activating the SIM. I've had the text saying that my my old O2 number is now my sky number but it's not letting me send texts. When I check my contact number it has the wrong number and I've tried changing it in settings but it keeps going back to the wrong number. What else can I do?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @Abby3006 if this is an iPhone go to settings, phone, my number and change it there, exit and restart your phone, as mentioned above it can take quite a few attempts to save.

Just got an android phone with sky and i had an email saying that my old number is now up and running, this was over 24 hours ago. I can't make or receive calls and when I text it's the sky number not my old one. I've tried everything I can think of I.e taking sim out, turning phone off. I obviously can't phone Sky
