Old number not linked on new I phone ?

Had new phone delivered,did all the set up needed ,but for sum reason my old number hadn't been put on to new phone pak number entered properly,can any one help

What network was your old phone number previously with because if it was Sky then it isn't possible to use a pac to move it between two different Sky sims.

You could either use the sim you have or if you want to transfer the number you have to the new sim then you would need to use a Pac code to transfer your current sim number to a PAYG network and then use another pac code via them to transfer it back to your new Sky sim.
