Old iPhone locked to Sky Network

Afternoon, 

We've managed to get our hands on an old iPhone X that's locked to the Sky Network - can anyone advise if there's a link on the Sky to get this device unlocked?

I've read through some threads that state Sky devices aren't locked since 2021, obviously, this device pre-dates it.

Any advice offered, welcomed.

Have you tried resetying the network settings because if the phone was from Sky then it should not be locked to them so give this a try (step 7):

Its no longer showing as being locked to sky, but it does show as being "Network Provider Lock - SIM locked".

Looks like its o2 Tesco. Thanks for your help nevertheless.
