Hi all,
I have received a new iPad Air on contract with Sky, the old iPad Pro was also on contract with Sky.
The new iPad will not take a physical sim card, but after spending hours on Sky support I cannot find out how to download/activate an e-sim from one iPad to the other. The furthest I have got is where I'm advised to have a confirmation code sent to the iPad via text message, but this cannot be done.
can anyone advise please?

It's the new Air so I'm pretty sure. The only thing I'm really sure about is that it won't take a physical sim.
