Has anybody else got their old device listed as their current device on their Sky Account? Can't see where to update it, and emailing anybody is impossible. I hate ringing up as I usually get someone I barely understand or worse, can't understand me (yes, I speak English and very well in fact, it's my first language!)

An old device is just that so as it has been paid off in full then as it doesn't count as an active device it will not prevent you from ordering another one should you want to.
