Offered a free Samsung phone

Hi i spoken to sky earlier this week due to my situation with domestic violence and being in women's refuse I've been with sky 8years always paid on time I was, offered from your manager a Samsung phone I lost the call due, to my phone being broken through the attachment

You aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on here. This is primarily a customer to customer forum. I think your only option is calling again if whoever you were speaking to doesn't call you back.
