Hi,

otp's started working again for me at around 15:30 today 3Rd Apr. Ist noticed it not wrking on 18th Mar. Fingers crossed that it is fixed now...

Just tried the Santander app and the otp instantly came through, hallelujah

Just tried myself after 2 weeks of trying and phone calls,  pretty shocking tbh. Will be leaving Sky ASAP, not only that with the amount of calls trying to sell me stuff, really annoying.

I got told a new sim would work too but it didn't . It ended up stopping me from making calls or receiving calls . Sky was useless did help what so ever kept saying it was my phone when I hadn't charged anything.

Mine started working yesterday so I was at least able to use my Chase account for some of mu foreign trip. Very annoying but glad it's finally sorted.

Not able to receive OTP from Bank

I am not receiving OTP's from my bank suddenly.

Speaking to my bank they say there is a known issue with Sky Mobile on this.

Apparently a fix was put in place but has not worked. I have been with Sky mobile for years and so this is not an issue to do with changing supplier. Is anybody else experiencing this? Any ideas?

Is it a matter of waiting for Sky to fix this issue?

I currently don't have access to my bank because of this issue!

No OTP from from Bank.

Hi @James19752  all you can do is report it to sky so they are aware of the issue and can investigate. Call on 150.

I have the same issue. Its been going on for ages. I reported it to SKY last week and they said it would take a few days to fix..... guess what? Still not sorted. I will be trying again today.

So mine doesn't work for Santander but does work for CAF bank. Both were from the same computer!

OTP not being received

OTP still not being received by my bank. Spoke with SKY last week who said they were aware they may be an  issue and it would get resolved by today. Its still not working, so I spoke to SKY today who went on to say that they weren't aware there was a problem at all!!!!!  Very Frustrating!!!
