I got my SKY Elite G63 set up. I used a sim card from my previous phone. Everything seemed to be going okay, and then, I got an email that said I needed two numeric credentials. I assumed the first was my four-digit pin, which it took. I cannot figure out what the second numerical number is, I tried my zip code and my pin, but to no avail. All that comes up on my screen now is a numeric pad. It is not part of the keyboard.
When I swipe down, the Internet and Bluetooth are highlighted. When I select Location it goes straight to the numeric pad. On my home screen messages come up, but when I select any of them it brings up the down-swipe options of Internet, Bluetooth, Flashlight, and Location. Internet and Bluetooth are highlighted. When I select non-highlighted Location, it brings the numeric pad up again.
I cannot bring up anything on my home screen. All icons I put on it are missing. I can't get to anything from my home creen.. By the way, there are no three dots anywhere on numeric pad screen. I even removed and reinserted sim card.
Sure hope one of you guys can help me.
I cannot get to anything because it still wants a second numeric code. Anybody know what is going on?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou are on the wrong forum completely. As you mention your zip code you appear to be in the USA. This is a forum for customers of Sky (owned by Comcast) in the UK and Republic of Ireland for TV, Broadband, landline phone and mobile services. It has no connection to Sky branded phones in the US.

Your Sky branded phone has nothing to do with Sky here who is a UK based provider or TV, Broadband and phones services in the UK.
