Numbers won’t connect

Morning all, been having weird issue calling! Even with full signal I get a "sorry this number does not exist" voice message when ringing anyone! Then it decides to connect after 10min of trying.

Now this doesn't always happen, when it does....Very frustrating.

Anyone else have this?

We are having the same issue both myself and my husband - both on Sky mobile. No issues with any other phones.  Been happening for 4 days now?
