Hi there I've just transferred from Virgin Media to Sky mobile and wanted to keep my old number, I had confirmation today via text that this was now effective. I can make and receive calls from this number and text however iMessage is not working. When I go to phone menu it is shown as a different number, I've tried to change this at least 20 times but it won't save, tried switching iMessage and FaceTime off, turned off the phone, signed in and out again to Apple ID but nothing seems to be working. Help!
