Hello Sky mobile,
By when you will solve the keeping number from Lycamobile to Sky mobile concern?
This is very bitter inconvenience, which is hampering Sky service image. For my case I need to keep existing numbers to keep all the associated accounts in banking, public service and private service providers.
Kindly, value costumer convenience rather than contract limitations between 2 service providers.

Some good news to share. You should be able to transfer your Lyca number over to us on tomorrow (14th Feb). We need to make some tech changes during today and overnight into the morning of the 14th first but everything should be great after that.
I know it has been a bit of a wait so I thank you all for your patience.
