I joined Sky a few days ago and moved my number over with no problems. Since yesterday I have been unable to make or recieve calls, I get 'emergency calls only' on my lock screen and 'not registered to network' pop up when I try to call. I have requested the network settings to be resent but as I aren't receiving messages, they aren't coming through. Everything fully worked until yesterday afternoon.
I have a Samsung S23 5G. Can anyone help?
I moved over from EE due to signal problems as I'm currently going through cancer treatment and couldn't risk not receiving appointment calls etc and this is even worse 🙃
Many thanks, Hannah

If not you could try ordering a replacement sim incase the one you have is faulty:

It's not showing any issues when I check the network status.
I would really like to chat with someone but I go around in circles with the virtual assistant and I obviously can't phone anyone to talk to them 🤦🏻♀️

OK thanks.
Are you able to escalate this so I can't chat to someone?

Can anyone please escalate this so someone can email me to set up a private chat? I have no other way of getting in touch with someone to try and resolve this. Any help would be really appreciated.
