Hi all,
Recently ported my number from EE to Sky and I'm able to send messages, make and receive calls but I can't receive messages from people on EE. Other people on other networks have text me and it's working but the EE message aren't being received. Has anyone dealt with this? Is it an EE issue or is it my sim?

Hi,
Yes, I had to manually input my number but it is showing. My iMessage is working and I'm able to receive calls and some text messages. It seems the only people I'm not able to receive texts from are EE users?

If you did then you could always try ordering a replacement sim via your account and if that doesn't work report the issue to Sky on 150.

I did try this - I've actually had some other people message me and this has also worked. So I've deduced that there's only a couple of people I'm not able to receive texts from.
One person has an android - I can text them but I'm not receiving texts from them. But I get calls from this person. They're on EE.
Another person has an iPhone - I can iMessage them but I'm not receiving texts from them. They're also on EE.
I have texted other people on Android's and other people with iPhones both on EE and other networks and these have worked.
Is this a problem with my phone or theirs?
