Not received the confirmation email to activate my ESIM for iphone16 now I cannot use my new phone. have been trying for 4 days to activate and install my esim and spoken to 3 different people in SKY . They could not help. They promise to ring back but they don not. It is a joke. If someone does not help me, I will escalte this on Twitter. Fed up
