Hi, I've finally been able to get an ESIM, almost, I'm not receiveing the confirmation code, s now I have a dead connection.

All sorted, Support resent the email manually, so can only assume the auto send had a glitch.

What method of contact did you use to contact them? I've just been on the phone to them for an hour but nobody is assisting with anything...
