Not received Sim

I was wondering when i woud recieve my sim as received Tablet but there was no sim

It might turn up in the next few days because as customers here we can't say for sure when you will get it. I would say if you have got it by Saturday give Sky a call as they might want to send another one out to you.

Thanks for this it has been 2 weeks now so will have to contact them 

do we know hos it will be sent ?

Sim cards are sent out via Royal Mail.

not received SIM card but I have been charges can I order a new on line ?

You would need to contact Sky so if you don't have access to another phone then they can be contacted via their social media sites and there are links at the bottom of this page to these.
