Not letting me check out a mobile order

When trying to order a mobile, after selecting all options and going to checkout, the page says "technical error" so can not complete my order. I've tried clearing cache, using different browsers, and using both laptop and mobile app and the same error message is displayed. There's also no help desk/number who I can contact to complete an order instead.

If you have a Sky service then simply call 150.

 

Otherwise, use the general number from here: https://www.sky.com/help/home  (Need More Help?)

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
