Not getting 4G on my phone.

Just signed up to sky mobile Ireland and activated my sim. I'm now getting LTE broadband. I've got an iPhone XS and should be getting 4G. 
Set up the APN, from Sky help page but still on LTE. 
Why am I not getting 4G?

Likewise I swapped over from ee and coverage no where near as good service
