@PG.2020 As Sky don't provide the cloud storage have you asked the people who do? Have you googled the error for your device manufacturer? This sounds like a device issue that Sky have no control over.

@PG.2020 That isn't a question for Sky to answer, you would need to take it up with either Apple or Android via their support options.

If your old phone has insufficient space then the upload or transfer process may be trying to allocate space to buffer a compressed transfer. Give us a little more information but you may have to create some space for the process to run.
