Not enough storage to DELETE files???

Will SOMEONE from Sky answer this? I'm trying to upload data to the cloud and/or transfer to a new phone. How can I insufficient storage in my OLD phone to transfer files?? Makes zero sense and cannot find an answer l.

@PG.2020  As Sky don't provide the cloud storage have you asked the people who do?  Have you googled the error for your device manufacturer?  This sounds like a device issue that Sky have no control over.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@PG.2020 That isn't a question for Sky to answer, you would need to take it up with either Apple or Android via their support options.

With the little information we have it doesn't sound like something Sky would be answering...

If your old phone has insufficient space then the upload or transfer process may be trying to allocate space to buffer a compressed transfer.  Give us a little more information but you may have to create some space for the process to run.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
