Not able to ring or receive calls or texts since moving to Sky mobile last week.

Moved to sky mobile last week. Received an email from sky to say I was up and running. But have not been able to ring or use texting services. My first bill is due 23rd Nov and I have not been able to use the service.

Hi @AnneCulhane  do you have another phone you can try the sim in to rule out a phone problem ?
