Discussion topic: Not able to receive texts

I switched from Lyca to Sky Mobile and since then not able to receive the text messages at all. I tried every possible solution suggested on the helpforum as well as tried to reset the phone network settings without any success.

Also, whenever someone calls me they receive a weird ringtone (like roaming).
