Not able to make a call or txt anyone

I am not able to make a call or txt anyone, on a sky sim.

Trued assistant which is no use just goes round and around. No calls or texts since 12th may 2025.

Can't call sky as can't nake a call

Why so hard to get help

Oh I'm having the same problem!!! Virtual assistant says to call the Sky customer service line...but I can't...as I have no service...with Sky 🤪🫠. Asked them to email me something but it's been over 72 hours and nothing. 
Am at end of caring. Might just pretend it's the 90s and not bother having a phone at all anymore 😆.
